1. Definitions
Provider: ronzani & ronzani, Zurich, Switzerland.
Customer: Individual or entity directly accessing the website www.caroline-ronzani.com or indirectly accessing by setting hyperlinks to the website www.caroline-ronzani.com.
Website: www.caroline-ronzani.com.

The Customer may use the Website to get or post information and to purchase merchandise offered on the Website in a lawful way. 6. Intellectual Property
All Material is the property of the Provider or a third party (including, but not limited to hoststar.ch or wix.com). By hyperlinking to the Website the Customer does not receive a license on the Material.
The contents and Material of the Website are protected under both Swiss and foreign laws. Unauthorized use of the Website or of the Material may violate copyright law, trademark law, design law, penal law and other laws.
7. Warranty
The Website and the Material are provided on an 'as is' basis; Website and Material may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Provider does not warrant that the Website will operate error free or that the Website and Servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms or that such computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms pass through the Provider's Website and/or Servers. The Provider, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Website and the Material.

The use of the Website and the Material is at Customer's own risk. Provider makes no claims that the Material may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of Switzerland. Access to the Material may not be legal in certain countries.
The Customer is liable for any content posted in the provided web forms (e.g. 'contact form') and in e-mail links he or she provided through this Website.
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the Provider expressly excludes any liability for direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damages and losses, including, but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, loss of reputation or business interruption.
9. Law & Jurisdiction
The use of the Website and these terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, without regard to the conflict of laws principles. Place of jurisdiction is the Commercial Court of Zurich (Handelsgericht des Kantons Zuerich).
